NLBWA-OC’s mission and purpose is to encourage Latina professionals  to develop their business and professional goals through education, training, mentorship, multi-cultural partnerships, business referrals and networking. Our purpose is to create more representation and business opportunities for Latina professionals in the world of business and at the executive level.

To increase the representation and visibility of Latina professionals by serving as role models, providing members opportunities to effectively network, and helping develop members’ businesses.
